Refund policy

Plot is free to use. Optional AI credit purchases are prepaid usage credits, not subscriptions or stored-value accounts.

Credit purchases

AI credits are added to an account after a successful payment and can be used for Thinking Partner requests beyond the daily free allowance. Because credit is available immediately and is consumed by third-party AI processing, purchases are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions required by law

This policy does not limit any non-waivable refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or consumer right that applies where you live. If a payment was duplicated or you believe credit was not delivered after a successful payment, contact support@plotwork.space with the order reference and the account email used for Plot.

Chargebacks and misuse

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate a delivery issue. We may suspend or remove credit obtained through a reversed, fraudulent, or disputed payment, subject to applicable law.
