Terms of use
These terms apply to use of the current version of Plot. They are a product-specific draft, not legal advice. Governing-law, consumer, and jurisdiction-specific requirements must be reviewed before public launch.
The service
Plot is a visual workspace for organizing product ideas, public research, evidence, strategy, and planning cards. It can retrieve public app-marketplace reviews and public video comments, generate board-grounded responses through a third-party AI provider, collect feedback sent by MVPs through board-linked forms, and—when configured—display read-only billing metrics. Features are experimental and may change, be hidden, or become unavailable.
The Feedback form card produces integration instructions for you to review and use elsewhere; it does not build, host, or deploy your MVP. You are responsible for the questions you ask, the notice shown to testers, and lawful collection of their answers. A feedback token permits submission only and must not be presented as authentication. The Thinking Partner is an aid to judgment, not an autonomous agent acting on your behalf.
Anonymous use, accounts, and AI credit
The board and ordinary local cards can be used without an account and are saved in that browser. An account is required for the Thinking Partner, Video Feedback, cloud saving across devices, board-linked feedback, and optional AI credit. Regular accounts include up to 10 Thinking Partner answers per UTC day. Additional use is optional and prepaid through a payment processor.
AI credit is not cash, cannot be transferred, and is not a stored-value account. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Taxes may be added where required. See the Refund policy for the limited details. Plot may adjust future prices or free allowances, but will not silently reduce an existing positive credit balance.
Your content and permitted use
You retain rights to content you create, subject to any rights others have in source material. You give Plot only the permission needed to store and process that content to provide the feature you request. You are responsible for obtaining permission to upload, copy, detach, export, or share content and for respecting privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, platform, and database rights.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade limits, introduce harmful code, interfere with other users or providers, or use Plot to collect, profile, or target people unlawfully. Do not enter another person’s sensitive or confidential information without authority. Keep your own backups: Plot is not a backup service.
Third-party services and content
Public comments and reviews, logos, favicons, avatars, domain data, AI outputs, and connected metrics come from third parties and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, removed, or unavailable. Plot is independent and is not endorsed by external services or the subjects of the research.
Your use of a connected or source service may be subject to that service’s own terms and privacy notice. You are responsible for complying with the terms that apply to the content and services you use.
AI and research limitations
The Thinking Partner is designed to use the structured board context sent with a request and may name relevant cards naturally in its answer, but AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. It must not be treated as legal, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice. Review the underlying board cards and original sources before relying on an answer or applying an AI-drafted ICP or positioning field.
Review matching, feedback-tone labels, domain checks, generated prompts, and business metrics are decision aids only. A domain result is not proof that a name is available, lawful, or free of trademark conflicts. Financial cards are not accounting records. Verify important information at the original source.
Connected accounts and credentials
Use only accounts and credentials you are authorized to connect, and prefer restricted, read-only, test, or demo credentials. You are responsible for securing the device and browser where local keys are stored. Billing integrations remain disabled until Plot has account-level authorization for them.
Availability and liability
Plot is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access, permanent preservation of data, or error-free results. To the extent permitted by law, Plot is not responsible for third-party outages or content, AI or research errors, or decisions made using the service. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not permit Plot to exclude.
Suspension, changes, and contact
Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse. Plot may change the service and these terms as it develops; material changes should be communicated appropriately before they take effect. Questions can be sent to support@plotwork.space.
